使用晴空上行长波辐射估算混合算法、晴空下行长波辐射估算混合算法、云底温度的单层云模型方法、地表温度-宽波段发射率方法,由MODIS数据、ELITE宽波段发射率等,生成1公里、5分钟地表长波辐射景产品(Swath)。为便于用户使用,将其转换至Sinusoildal投影,形成网格化产品。
